Hi
I am not sure wheter to buy a house in pine mill ranch or firethorne, we are coming from Norway so we have never lived in the US, could you please just tell me where is better concerning flood and education I have 3 small children, thank you very much
carmenluz
Well, both are in KISD so the schools will follow the same curriculum and are all very respected. The major difference is that Firethorne will go to KHS and Pine Mill will go to SLHS at this time. However, A new high school is being built in a year or two and it could very well include both of these areas. Neither neighborhood is in the flood plain either. Both areas are extremely nice and newer subdivisions.
I have learned quite a few important things as a result of your post. I will also like to convey that there may be a situation that you will obtain a loan and don’t need a cosigner such as a Government Student Support Loan. In case you are getting that loan through a regular loan provider then you need to be able to have a co-signer ready to assist you. The lenders are going to base that decision using a few elements but the most important will be your credit score. There are some creditors that will additionally look at your job history and make up your mind based on that but in many instances it will depend on your rating.
