Why Houston Relocation is so Popular
While some states, California in particular, continue to hammer their residents with significant tax increases within an economy in crisis, Texas has remained a state friendly to homeowners and residents as well as business. It isn’t difficult to see why Texas has seen a 4+ million increase in residents in the last decade.
Metropolitan areas, such as Houston, have especially felt this increase as our economy has been stimulated by this growth. The Houston real estate market has been growing by leaps and bounds with new home communities springing up all over the Houston area. The Katy real estate market in particular has been blessed by this growth and economic stimulation.
For homeowners and business owners considering relocation to Houston there are a variety of friendly communities to consider for your new home. It can be quite difficult to choose a community in which to live if you’ve had little experience with that community. In particular, people who are considering relocating to other states have quite a difficult task ahead: determining the community that fits their lifestyle and business needs.
Over the next few months I’ll be doing a series of blogs that focus on various communities in and around Houston (including Katy) as well as various obstacles one may encounter during such a transition.
