A few months ago I talked about a few Katy homes for sale in the community of Ricewood Village. I mentioned the prices of 3 specific homes that I’d like to talk about again today. As I said then… the prices of these new homes have fallen! Let’s check out the differences in the original listing price to the current listing price:

In only a few months the prices of these brand new homes in Katy have dropped 4% to 6% already. While it is certainly possible that these home prices may continue to drop it is also possible that their recent price drops will lead to a closed sale.
