I already have a page on my Katy Family Homes website dedicated to the community of Grayson Lakes but it’s been a while since we last discussed it on my Katy real estate blog. So, I thought I’d take the opportunity to talk about current Katy homes for sale in the community of Grayson Lakes today.
Along Lake Fountain Drive you will find not only one but two Katy homes for sale built from 2004 to 2005. Currently, these homes are listed for sale between the mid $500,000’s and the low $600,000’s. On Lake Grayson Drive you will find another bundle of Katy homes for sale in the $400,000’s. For some of the most affordable Katy homes in Grayson Lakes visit Crystal Meadow Place and Longdraw Drive where you will find homes priced below $300,000.
Each home in the community of Grayson Lakes is a single family home with no less than 4 to 5 bedrooms, 3 to 4 full bathrooms with many others including another half bathroom. It is the perfect neighborhood in Katy for larger familes, those that need a home office or guest bedroom, as well as those that enjoy the tranquility offered by the lakes themselves. If having a location close to the water is important to you, check for homes on the following streets: Broken Branch Court, Mariner Point Lane, Lake Fountain Drive, Linden Rock Drive, and Anchor Lake Lane.
