Katy Homes in Krystal Lake
Located barely north of George Bush Park, Krystal Lake is a cul-de-sac community in the Katy real estate market offering Katy homes from the high $100,000′s to the mid to upper $300,000′s. This is certainly one of the smaller tracts offering Katy homes for sale. Though it is small… it is certainly not without its own community features and beautifully built homes.
Two main streets flow through the community; Amesbury Manor Lane and Dural Drive. This helps keep the traffic throughout Krystal Lake to a minimum, helps promote safe and slow residential driving, and allows you to worry less when your kids play outside.
Within the community you will find a lovely lake between Amesbury Manor Lane and Dural Drive. Take a relaxing stroll along the water with your dog each morning! A few Katy homes located along Dural Drive back up to the pond offering wonderful views of the water and the wildlife that is attracted to it. You will also find a great jogging trail to help keep you fit year-round! And lastly, while many of these Katy homes have their own swimming pools… there is also a community pool nearby that is available for your family to utilize.
