Happy Easter – He is Alive!!
Happy Resurrection Day!!
It is prayer that the Lord will bring continued blessing to Katy, TX. Please take some time today to get alone and thank God for the glorious sacrifice that He gave to you and to me through His Son Jesus Christ. Today is a celebration of the greatest day on earth and it took place for you and for me. Our sins, no matter how great, where placed on that cross with Christ and He paid the penalty for them so that we can live a victorious life. His blood is the only thing that can clean us. He is the only thing that can fill us so that we no longer have the desire to sin against Him. He is risen!!! He is risen!!! He is risen!!! He is what separates us from other religions around the world, because He is alive! My God reigns as King and one day, the Bible says that all will confess that Jesus Christ is King.
If you do not know my God, Jesus, then I pray for you this morning and ask you to just go to Him in prayer and admit your faults to Him. Ask Him to forgive you of those faults, and any others that you do not know about. Tell Him that you want Him to be your King. Then, live each day, knowing you are a sinner, but forgiven, and try to show His kindness, love, grace and mercy to the rest of the world.
May God bless you this Easter morning and may you find the peace that He died for you to have.
Because He lives, I can face tomorrow!
