Katy, TX Real Estate Market is HOT according to KISD Projections
The country has suffered, and continues to suffer some blows to the economy. This is particularly true with regards to the real estate market. However, contrary to what many news reports and people are saying, the Katy Real Estate Market continues to do well. The projections of the Katy Independent School District enrollment are staggering. In 1997, KISD had 28,230 students enrolled in the district. Being one of the fastest growing school districts in the state of Texas, enrollment had climbed to 50,726 last year. The projections show this increase continuing into 2017 with a projected enrollment of 92,153. People are moving to Katy!
